We use a standard delivery fee which is a percentage of your order.  Our current rate is 15% which is calculated when you check out. Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the full amount and shipping may be adjusted. 

All major credit cards, including American Express, are accepted in our online shop.

 

Items that are in stock and if your order is received by noon, it will be shipped out the same business day.  Once it is in transit, you will receive a tracking code so you can monitor the delivery from the carrier.

 

Placing your order on our website’s ecommerce platform is secure and we make every effort to comply with PCI. No credit card information is stored within your account or in our site. We use Stripe as a payment gateway and any information entered under our SSL is tokenized via the gateway.  

 

There really is nothing out of the ordinary. You will receive an invoice and confirmation of your orders.  If we have any questions or need clarification, we will reach out to you to complete your order.

 

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice will be sent to the email you provided.
